Since more and more organisations are implementing people analytics and data driven or evidence-based management, we train students and professionals to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement these practices, such as enhancing the (strategic) business impact of people analytics, conducting people analytics projects, applying academic knowledge to business problems, statistics and data science, data visualization, storytelling, and change management. We offer various courses at different levels (bachelor, master, executive), and in all courses we combine theory with practice through the use of (live) cases and guest lectures.
