  • Business Analytics

    The course in Business Analytics (BSc Business Administration) covers the various aspects of Business Analytics, including data structures and algorithms, data (re)structuring, data modeling, and statistical programming with R. 

  • Evidence Based Management

    The course in Evidence Based Management (BSc Business administration) focuses on how organisations use evidence in management, as well as on issues in collecting management information, how to use it in organisations, and the dilemmas that are involved in data-driven decision making. 

  • HR Analytics

    This course in HR Analytics (BSc Business Analytics) focuses on the use of HR analytics to support decision making in organisations. The course covers theory on strategic HRM and HR analytics, effective use of HR related data and metrics, assessing the impact of HR initiatives on employees, teams, and the business, and modeling HR problems and interpreting results.

Master level courses
  • People Analytics

    This course in People Analytics (MSc Business administration) prepares students with the necessary tools for data driven people-related decision making, including identifying relevant business questions, choosing appropriate analytic techniques, and how to translate their results into actionable decisions for companies (i.e., storytelling).

  • Advanced People Analytics

    This course in Advanced People Analytics (MSc Econometrics and the MSc Data Science and Business analytics) prepares students with the necessary tools for data driven people-related decision making, including identifying relevant business questions, choosing appropriate analytic techniques, and how to translate their results into actionable decisions for companies (i.e., storytelling).

  • Honours Programme Data Driven Management

    This Programme in Data Driven Management (MSc Business administration) focuses on the human element surrounding the conception, use and understanding of data in organisations. The three courses that are part of this honours programme help to prepare students to form the interface between data scientists and strategy in organisations, and to help organisations put data driven management into practice.

  • Leading People Strategically

    This course Leading People Strategically (MBA Big data & business analytics) is an introduction to the key elements of leading and managing people and focuses on frameworks, theories and tools that help to understand how to lead and manage people effectively. Through lectures, discussions, and an interactive people analytics case, this course aims to prepare participants to make more effective managerial decisions and increase their impact as a manager.
