The following conditions apply to your enrolment for the PMA at the UvA:
- You enrol for 2 years. The tuition fee is set annually. For the 2026–2027 academic year, the tuition fee is €7,800. For the second academic year, you will pay the amount determined for that academic year. If you do not graduate within the standard duration of 2 years, you will receive an invoice for each subsequent semester, amounting to half of the tuition fee set for that academic year, until you graduate or withdraw.
- The tuition fee is the same for every student, regardless of the number of modules taken.
- Your enrolment on the programme is final once you meet the admission requirements and have received confirmation of enrolment.
- You are liable for tuition fees upon admission. Should it transpire after admission that you were admitted on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information, your enrolment will be retroactively cancelled. In that case, no refund will be made of any tuition fees already paid, and the payment obligation remains in force.
- You will receive an invoice for the tuition fee due annually for the first 2 years and half-yearly thereafter.
- No VAT is charged on education. The amounts stated are exclusive of study materials.
- This enrolment is valid for the duration of the entire programme and is automatically renewed annually until you graduate or cancel it.
- You may cancel or withdraw your enrolment free of charge each year up to 1 month before the start of the new academic year (September intake) or the start of the second semester (February intake).
- Cancellation or termination of enrolment can only be made by e-mail to accountancy@uva.nl and is only valid once you have received confirmation of this.
- If the cancellation or termination is received within 1 month of the start of the new academic year, you will be liable for an administration fee of €1,000.
- If the cancellation or withdrawal is received after the start of the academic year, you will be liable for the tuition fees for the entire academic year.
- You must enrol separately for any deficiency courses you may need to take. Enrolment for these subjects is not covered by these enrolment conditions.
- The payment term for the tuition fee is 30 days from receipt of the invoice. If this payment term is not met, the UvA reserves the right to transfer the debt collection to a debt collection agency. Any additional costs incurred will be at your expense.
- The diploma will only be issued once all payment obligations have been met.
- You, the student, remain ultimately responsible at all times for the timely and full payment of the course fees, regardless of any agreements you have made with your employer or third parties.
- Your enrolment is subject to the Education and Examination Regulations. These regulations are available on the programme’s website. By submitting your enrolment, you confirm that you have taken note of these regulations.
- In the event of insufficient enrolments, Amsterdam Business School reserves the right not to commence a programme at a specific intake date. Enrolled students will be notified of this in writing no later than 1 month before the start date. In such cases, course fees paid will be refunded in full, without any entitlement to compensation of any kind.
