Els Van de Water will be our keynote speaker. She is a partner EMEA at HTP Group, Professor at Luiss Business School and Collège des Ingénieurs, and doctoral researcher in Leadership at VU Amsterdam. She will introduce the topic of “courageous analytics” and what it truly takes for people analytics to drive meaningful change. 

Drawing on her experience in HR and organisational transformation, Els will share:
